Welcome to the online side of our Half Moon Hobbies showroom. We had an idea..... I love vintage things, the warm sound of a tube type Vox amp, movies from the 20's-50's, and those hole in the wall hobby shops that had all the neato stuff you'd never dream of seeing in the chain stores because the numbers weren't there for the "big timers".
The cosmic forces were with us, and we found this wonderful 1870's building, and we set up our jewelry store on one side of the showroom and started building our dream hobby shop on the other side. With my all-night searches for the unusual, and my Jackie's daring business sense and devotion to customer service, Half Moon Hobbies is flying.
We thank the many modelers all over the world who lifted us off the ground, and a special thanx to Pavel Krejci in the Czech Republic, and John Garcia in Florida, both for sending us some of the finest kits in the world, and for being there from the first vision.
